The Element of STILLNESS

Meditation serves as the foundation for our transformation. And our Methodology contains elements when mastered correctly will give you a profound change in life.

In our meditation sessions you will hear the command 'stillness' very often. It is THE key element we consistently return to, as it has the power to change the outcomes of your actions in everyday life. The more you practice, the easier it will become to do stillness.

What happens during this exercise

In the element of stillness, we direct all of our attention on the sensations in the body.
We are doing stillness by observing all our sensations without analyzing them, without expecting them.

As soon as you hear the instruction "Stillness", we direct all of our attention on the sensations in the body.

If we find that difficult we direct our attention to the sounds around us first. Then we can begin noticing the sensation our body is experiencing. The weight of the body on the chair, the temperature of the room, the clothes on your body and the like.

Our attention flows freely in the body without any direction on our part. Your attention will often wander away. When this happens we easily and smoothly return our attention to the body.

We don't try to fix anything, change anything or correct anything. We simply say yes to everything that is happening. In this element we learn to accept what is happening.

To help you understand what this means and how to practice it in your daily life, our teacher Genadiy has given some talks. It's a good idea to listen to these lectures regularly because your understanding of them will deepen within time.

Our Online Course 'Practice without Stereotypes' gives extra explanation about the meditations and will help you to start the meditation practice effectively.
