Put Your Attention To BREATHING

When you put you Attention on your breathing you calm the mind, cleanse and fill the subtle bodies of our being with strength, allowing us to become more disidentified with the body and mind and most of all gives the depth of the present moment.
Our main task in doing this elements is to catch a subtle connection with our breath!
It is an interaction between you as the observer and the breathing.

What happens during this exercise?

We are just watching our breathing. We observe how the air passes through the nose, how it enters our lungs, how it fills them, how it comes out... we just observe and feel our breath! We do not interfere with the breathing process, but simply observe it and gain pleasure from it! Our breathing is absolutely natural! We observe all the sensations associated with the breathing process. We feel how we become the breath. There is no I that is breathing, there is only breath.

You can get carried away with thoughts... but as soon as you remember about breathing, just return to observing the breath! This is a conscious process. While you listen to the instructor, breath at the same time! Your body automatically selects the right depth and pace of breathing. Only right now, it happens unconsciously. We just observe our breathing and enjoy it. We do not interfere with the breathing process, but simply observe it! Breathing is absolutely natural!

You can practice by yourself through our online course 'Practice without Stereotypes' or to join our Live Sessions with our Instructors. If you have initial questions, let us know.
