How the PRACTICE works + examples of changes that people have in their lives;
What the PRESENT MOMENT is and how to immerse into it;

Important rules to have better practice:
Exclude alcohol and smoking during the course - this is something we expect you to be serious about.
Switch to a vegan diet for the duration of the course.
For the duration of the course, put aside anything that does not contribute to internal silence: watching movies, browsing Internet, listening to music, engaging in intense communications, etc. We will learn to interact with our nature, which will require stillness and mindfulness.
Set aside previous experience and stay open to new knowledge.
Before starting the practice:
Prepare your room: there should be no people who can distract you, including children or pets during your practice. Ask your relatives not to distract you.
Phones and other sources of distraction should be disabled during the session;
Prepare a notepad and a pen for writing - wonderful ideas may come to you while reaching deeper levels of consciousness - you can make a short note and continue your practice.

STILLNESS (immersion)
Stop for 5 minutes during the day at least twice a day and put all of your attention into your body, observe the sensations within.
How to deal with CLEANSING PROCESSES: If suddenly, you notice a strong discomfort or emotions cleansing, do the "Conscious Living through Negative Emotions" technique to help it purify faster
How to Do it :
1. Direct your attention to the feeling so that nature dissolves it .
2. Strengthen the focus of your attention by answering the questions:
- Where exactly am I feeling it?
- What shape is this discomfort taking?
- What is texture of this sensation?
- What is it like inside: filled, wadded, thick, empty ...?
- What color is it?
- if it is pain, what kind (aching, stabbing, ...)
- Does it change its shape?
- Does it move anywhere else in the body?
3. Observe it until the discomfort dissolves.
4. Enjoy the renewed state in the body.
Also continue doing the Smile exercise (see lesson 1 for detailed description).
