Hello dear friend! 

We are glad to see you in our Awakening Community! Thank you joining our course!


"Awakening Energy" is our beautiful introductory course, which includes:
1. theory - to give you essential knowledge about awakening process;
2. practice - to guide you and help to immerse into the depth of Present Moment;
3. energy - to give you a taste of energy transmitted by awakened instructors.
 
The course has 3 lessons - 3 days of all-you-need-to-know to start the path of your inner transformations - to become awakened, happy and radiating love and this wonderful knowledge to people around you.

Get ready to watch 1 lesson every day and to do some simple homework between the lessons. This will help you to better feel the effect of the practice and immerse deeper in the Present Moment.
 

After watching Day-1 lesson you will learn:

✅ What awakening is and what changes it brings to your life;
✅ Practice of meditation - the fundamental element "Stillness";
✅ Explanations how this element works and how to do it correctly;
✅ Home work: to do the practices that will help you to change your inner state via observation.


Important rules to get better practice:
❗️ Exclude alcohol and smoking during the course - this is something we expect you to be serious about.
❗️Switch to a vegan diet for the duration of the course.
❗️For the duration of the course, put aside anything that does not contribute to internal silence: watching movies, browsing Internet, listening to music, engaging in intense communications, etc.  We will learn to interact with our nature, which will require stillness and mindfulness.
❗️Set aside previous experience and stay open to new knowledge.


Before starting the practice:

📌Prepare your room: there should be no people who can distract you, including children or pets during your practice. Ask your relatives not to distract you.
📌Phones and other sources of distraction should be disabled during the session;
📌Prepare a notepad and a pen for writing - wonderful ideas may come to you while reaching deeper levels of consciousness - you can make a short note and continue your practice.
