🧘🏻‍♀️Additional morning & evening sessions

▪️  Morning sessions are available from Monday - Friday ( check out the schedule for your timezone)
Every other day there will be a short program (30 min) or a long program (1h) conducted by our Advanced Community Plus members.
▪️ An Advanced INSTRUCTOR Session is provided on Saturday
▪️ On Sunday you can be officially invited to our Global School Sessions with the European Team.          Know that the School sessions are in European time zone!!

For the rest of the sessions there is a small difference in both continents

For EUROPEAN Members;

•  On Tuesday evening & Saturday morning there are Larionov sessions translated to English.
( He is one of our advanced Awakened instructors and CEO of Russian Friends Community in Europe)
•  Wednesday and Friday evening in addition members can join Friends Club sessions
• Morning sessions For America can be attended at 16:00; as an additional practice (30 min)

For AMERICAN Members;

•   On Tuesday afternoon there is a Larionov session that will be translated in English.
 We recommend you to join the session when you can!

Larionov's sessions are VERY ADVANCED. If you struggle with an element please let us know so we can explain you properly how to do it or guide you to the right course
